AI Activity Filters helps you quickly find system activity across your property, including:

• Door and sensor activity

• Arming and disarming events

• Lock activity

• Package and video analytics events

• Activity from a specific date or time

You can also create and save custom quick filters based on your searches.

Activity searching is currently available in the Frontpoint mobile app.

Search Your Video

AI Video Event Search helps you find saved video clips from compatible cameras using simple, everyday language.

Search for people, vehicles, animals, packages, and even visual details such as clothing or colors.

Video search is available in the Frontpoint mobile app and on MyFrontpoint.com. Voice search is also available in the mobile app.

Before You Get Started

To use AI Search:

• The AI Search add-on must be active on your account.

• AI Activity Filters must be enabled before you can search your activity.

• The primary account holder must accept the AI Video Features Legal Agreement before video search can be used.

• A compatible camera is required to search saved video clips.

• Only clips recorded after video search is activated can appear in search results.

• Make sure the Frontpoint mobile app is updated to version 5.14 or later for iOS or 5.11 or later for Android.

Video searches include clips from the previous 30 days by default.
