1) Log into your account on the Frontpoint app.
2) Tap Video in the navigation menu
3) Tap 24/7 in the menu.
4) Tap the Play button in the center of the video feed to start watching recorded video.
5) Tap Today to select a time frame from the available settings and watch recorded video from that time period, then tap Done.

2) Click Video in the left-hand menu
3) Click Onboard 24/7 Timeline
4) Click the Play button in the center of the video feed to start watching recorded video
Click on the filter button () next to "Activity" to filter recorded video by Event Type, Device Type, or Device Name.
Select your preferred time frame from the available settings and watch recorded video from that time period.
Click anywhere on the timeline to watch recorded video from that time period.

3) Click Onboard 24/7 Timeline
4) Mouse over the desired video feed, and then click .
5) Select either Timelapse Frames or Download Clip
Timelapse Frames saves a file of image clips for the time period selected and downloads them to your PC.
Download Clip saves a video file for the time period selected and downloads it to your PC.
6) Select the date, start time, and duration of the desired video footage.
7) Click Download.
Follow these steps to use Thumbnail Search:
Log in to myfrontpoint.com
Click on the "Video" tab.
Select "Onboard 24/7 Timeline."
Hover over the camera view and click the thumbnail icon.
On the Thumbnail Search screen, choose your preferred date, time, and thumbnail duration.
The default view shows 24 hours of footage, but you can switch to shorter durations like 3 minutes, 25 minutes, 3 hours, or up to 16 days.
You can also change the number of thumbnails shown—select from 9, 16, or 25 for quicker browsing.
Note: Thumbnail Search is only available through the Customer website and cannot be accessed via the mobile app.
