Unexpected Activity Alerts use smart learning to help you stay informed about what’s happening in your home — even when your system isn’t armed.

When enabled, Frontpoint analyzes your normal routines over time and looks for activity that falls outside your usual patterns. If something unusual happens, you’ll receive an email or push notification so you can quickly decide whether action is needed.

This feature adds an extra layer of awareness by helping you spot activity that might otherwise go unnoticed.

What counts as unusual activity?

Some common examples include:

• Your system being disarmed at an unusual time

• A door or window opening when it’s typically closed

• A smart lock unlocking when you’re usually away

• A door, window, or garage door being left open overnight
