How do I mount the Display Hub+ on the wall?

Before You Begin

Select a mounting location that is centrally located within the home and within reach of a power outlet. For best performance, mount the panel approximately 5 feet from the floor and away from large appliances, televisions, routers, metal objects, and other potential sources of interference.

Power Down the Panel

Disconnect power from the panel and power the system down if required. Allow the panel to fully shut down before removing it from the table stand or existing mounting bracket.

Remove the Panel

  1. Remove the locking screw from the bottom of the panel.

  2. Separate the panel from the table stand or mounting bracket.

  3. Disconnect any attached power or antenna connections if applicable.

Prepare the Mounting Plate

  1. Position the mounting plate against the wall in the desired location.

  2. Use a level to ensure the mounting plate is straight.

  3. Mark the mounting hole locations.

  4. If routing power through the wall, mark the cable entry location.

Install Anchors

  1. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations.

  2. If mounting to drywall or plaster, install wall anchors.

  3. If mounting directly into a wall stud, anchors are typically not required.

Secure the Mounting Plate

  1. Route any required wiring through the mounting plate opening.

  2. Position the mounting plate over the drilled holes.

  3. Secure the mounting plate using the provided screws.

  4. Verify the mounting plate is level and firmly attached.

Connect Wiring

  1. Connect the power cable to the panel.

  2. Reconnect any required antenna connections.

  3. Ensure all cables are fully seated and routed to prevent pinching when the panel is installed.

Attach the Panel

  1. Align the panel with the mounting plate.

  2. Engage the top mounting tabs.

  3. Swing or slide the panel into position until it is fully seated against the mounting plate.

Install the Locking Screw

  1. Reinstall the locking screw at the bottom of the panel.

  2. Tighten until snug.

Restore Power and Verify Operation

  1. Reconnect power to the panel.

  2. Allow the panel to boot completely.

  3. Verify the touchscreen responds normally.

  4. Confirm Wi-Fi and cellular communication are functioning properly.

  5. Confirm no trouble conditions are present.
