Try this solution

Reattach the front casing to the base

Separation of the sensor’s casing will result in a tamper status. Attempt to put the casing of the Garage Door Sensor back together by snapping the front face of the sensor together with the back plate.

Ensure the spring is attached to the sensor before closing.
