How am I notified of recordings that the {{product}} produces?

The notifications for camera recordings can be sent through several methods including text message, push notification and email.

To customize the notifications from the Frontpoint app, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account on the Frontpoint app

  2. Tap Video in the navigation menu

  3. Tap the settings cog in the top right corner

  4. Tap Recording Rules at the top of the page.

  5. Tap on the pencil icon for the Recording Rule you want to edit

  6. In the Video Clip Recipients section, tap +Add Recipient to add any recipients you would like to receive camera recording notifications.

  7. Use the drop box to select the format of the notification as whether you want just text alert or for a thumbnail or the video to be attached.

To customize the notifications from MyFrontpoint.com, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into your account on MyFrontpoint.com

  2. Click on Video on the left hand menu.

  3. Click on Recording Rules at the top of the page.

  4. Click on the pencil icon for the Recording Rule you want to edit

  5. Under the Video Clip Recipients section, click on +Add Recipient to add any recipients you would like to receive the notifications.
