What happens if the incorrect user code is entered too many times on the Simon XT Control Panel?
If you enter an incorrect user code into the panel 10 consecutive times, it will result in a keypad tamper alarm which will be reported to the monitoring station. You can find your correct user code via your MyFrontpoint website or by logging into your Frontpoint app.
