Power on the keypad to unlock the Smart Door Lock
The lock can be powered on from the outside using a 9-volt battery. You will also need 4 new AA batteries to replace the dead batteries in your Smart Door Lock.
Follow the step-by-step guide below to power on the Smart Door Lock and replace the batteries.

Locate the two terminals on the bottom of the Smart Door Locks keypad

Power on keypad using the 9-volt battery
Hold the 9-volt battery to the two terminals on the bottom of the keypad. The keypad will power on.

Enter PIN
Enter your 4-digit pin and tap the Check button on the keypad to unlock the Smart Door Lock.

Replace batteries
Replace the 4 AA batteries in the Smart Door Lock as soon as possible.
