If you've forgotten your password for the Frontpoint app, follow these steps to regain access to your account.
Step 1: Return to the Standard Login Screen
Open the Frontpoint app.
On the "Enter your passcode" screen, tap "Cancel."
Tap "Log Out" to disable Passcode Access on your device.
You will be taken back to the standard login screen to enter your username and password.
If you enter the wrong passcode five times, Passcode Access will automatically turn off, and you'll return to the standard login screen.
Step 2: Reset Your Password
If you can't remember your password:
On the login screen, tap "Forgot your password?"
Enter your username (usually your email address).
You will receive an email with a password reset link.
Click the link and answer your security question to complete the reset.
If You're Unable to Answer Your Security Question
If you can't complete the reset due to the security question, contact Frontpoint Customer Support. They can send you a password reset email that doesn't require answering a security question.
Helpful Tips
After logging in, you can re-enable Passcode Access in the app settings for quicker access in the future.
Choose a password that is both secure and easy to remember.
