Optimize clips from your Wired Doorbell Camera by adjusting sensitivity and adjusting the ground zone for the Video Analytics rule.
To modify the sensitivity of your Video Analytics rule and adjust the ground zone, follow these steps below for either the Frontpoint app or MyFrontpoint.com.

Log into the Frontpoint app.

Tap "Doorbell Camera" on the home screen of the Frontpoint app.

Tap the settings cog.

Tap "Recording Rules."

Tap the pencil icon next to the Doorbell Person Detection Recording Schedule for the Wired Doorbell Camera to edit it.

Adjust the "Detection Sensitivity" slider to increase or decrease sensitivity.

Adjust the recording rule's Ground Zone configuration to follow these guidelines:
Avoid overlap with moving objects like trees and bushes.
Draw the zone where a person's feet are expected to enter.
Don't enlarge the Ground Zone to cover the entire person.
Exclude walls, trees, and structures from the zone selection.

Tap "Save" in the top right corner.

Log into MyFrontpoint.com.

Click "Video" in the left-hand menu.

Click "Recording Rules."
