How to enroll in Next Gen Suite

Enroll in Next Gen Suite

  1. Open System Add-Ons.

  • Log in to MyFrontpoint.com or open the Frontpoint mobile app.

  • Select My Account from the navigation menu.

  • Under Account Billing, select System Add-Ons.

  1. Edit Your Add-Ons.

  • Select the pencil icon to make changes.

  1. Add Next Gen Suite.

  • Select Add next to Next Gen Suite.

  1. Review the Suite.

  • Review the included features.

  • Confirm the camera you want to use with AI Deterrence.

  • Pricing will be displayed during enrollment.

  1. Confirm and Activate.

  • Complete the subscription process.

  • Enable AI Activity Filters before searching your activity.

Once activated, Next Gen Suite includes:

  • One Personal Safety Button license

  • AI Deterrence for one compatible camera

  • AI Search
