If it's not possible to drill any holes on your property, you can still mount an Outdoor Camera. However, you'll need to take a few extra steps for a no-drill installation.
First, you'll need to purchase a third-party mount (options below). When mounting, you'll want to either route the cable through a nearby window (preferred), or wrap electrical tape around the connection to the AC adapter if using an outdoor-rated outlet. When mounting, always try to choose a location protected from the elements.
Below are some good options that Frontpoint already tested with the Outdoor Camera to get you started with a no-drill mount:
You can purchase vinyl siding clips here: Vinyl Siding Clips Hooks.
Easy to install on vinyl siding without tools or damaging the wall.
Easily reposition your camera for the best angle.
Check out this strap mount: Universal Mounting Adapter.
Offers multiple installation options: attach to a pole, drain, column, and more.
Please note that Frontpoint cannot provide customer support on third-party products and does not receive any commission for these suggestions.
