What to Expect as a New Frontpoint Customer

Welcome to the Frontpoint & Wise Family!

As of March 1st, 2026, your Wise Security account will be monitored, managed, and supported by Frontpoint Security. We would like to welcome you to Frontpoint and assure you that your safety and satisfaction is our top priority! By entrusting us with your account, you will continue to receive the personalized support you are accustomed to but with the resources of a larger company to ensure all your needs are met.

This article will provide you with all of the important details regarding what you can expect as a member of the Frontpoint Family.

Managing My Security System

Over the next few weeks, we will be making behind the scenes updates to your Alarm.com account. No changes are required on your part, but the following information may be helpful to keep in mind.

Frontpoint is also a long-time partner with Alarm.com. Our customers will have the ability to manage their system via the Frontpoint app or the standard Alarm.com app.

The Frontpoint app has custom features to improve your overall experience as a Frontpoint customer. However, you may continue using your Alarm.com app as well.*

NOTE: MY ACCOUNT settings and updates do not apply to Wise customers at this time. For account updates, please contact customer support.
