Cameras Compatible with AI Search

Camera compatibility applies to the video search feature within AI Search. AI Activity Filters can be used without a camera.

Video search is compatible with the following Frontpoint cameras:

• Indoor Camera

• Current Indoor Camera

• Outdoor Camera

• Current Outdoor Wired Camera

• Current Outdoor Wireless Camera

• Current Premium Floodlight Camera

• Current Wireless Doorbell Camera

Video search will search saved video clips from all compatible cameras connected to the account.

To Use Video Search:

• AI Search must be active on your account.

• The primary account holder must accept the AI Video Features Legal Agreement.

• The camera must be connected and recording saved video clips.

• The video clip must have been recorded after video search was activated.

Only compatible cameras with saved video clips will be included in video search results.
