Add the Feature

1. Open System Add-Ons

   • Log in to MyFrontpoint.com or open the Frontpoint mobile app.

   • Select My Account from the navigation menu.

   • Under Account Billing, select System Add-Ons.

2. Edit Your Add-Ons

   • Select the pencil icon to make changes.

3. Add AI Search

   • Select Add next to AI Search.

4. Review the Add-On

   • Review the feature details and eligibility requirements.

   • Pricing will be displayed during enrollment.

5. Confirm and Activate

   • Complete the subscription process.

   • Log out and back in, then allow up to 15 minutes for the service to appear.

   • To enable AI Activity Filters, go to More > AI Activity Filters and turn on Enable AI Activity Filtering.

   • The primary account holder must accept the AI Video agreement before video search can be used.

Once activated, AI Search gives you access to activity and video search.

The Frontpoint mobile app must be updated to version 5.14 or later for iOS or 5.11 or later for Android.
