New customers:
The Indoor Smart Plug has already been added to your system! Please plug it in within 65 feet of your panel or another Z-Wave device. To name it, navigate to Manage Devices in the Frontpoint mobile app.
Existing customers:
To add the device to your system, open the Frontpoint mobile app on your phone.
Tap “+ Add Device” in the “More” navigation menu.
Select “Z-Wave Device”.
3.In the “Get Started!” step, plug your Indoor Smart Plug into an outlet within 5 feet of your panel*. Press Next.
While close proximity is needed for setup, you can relocate the plug to the desired location after installation.
When prompted to Trigger the Device, press the button on the Indoor Smart Plug.
The LED will shine blue when the device is ON.
If a 5-digit pin is requested, you can find the pin (PIN:#####) under the QR code on the side of your Indoor Smart Plug.
Finish the prompts until a successful installation is indicated, naming your device as desired.
Relocate your Smart Plug to the final location. The final location must be within 65 feet of your panel or another Z-Wave device.
If the Indoor Smart Plug doesn't show up immediately in the mobile app after a successful installation, you can refresh by logging out and then back in.
