The Display Hub+ comes with a built-in Wi-Fi Access Point that that is designed to act as a bridge between your Display Hub+ and wireless devices or Frontpoint cameras, allowing for seamless communication between them.
The Display Hub+'s access point supports high-speed wireless connectivity and works with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wi-fi networks. The Access Point provides wireless coverage for connected devices up to 30ft from the Display Hub+. If your Frontpoint cameras are positioned closer to your Display Hub+ than your Wi-Fi router, connect them to the Access Point to improve their signal strength.
For instructions to configure the Access Point settings to your preferences and turn it on, follow the steps below:
Tap the drop-down menu button to access the settings tray on the Display Hub+.
Tap Settings.
Tap Advanced Settings and enter your master code.
Tap Access Point Settings.
Tap the check-box next to Wi-Fi Access Point to turn it on and configure the Access Point settings to your preferences.
