Panel Replacement Overview with the Display Hub+

When your new Display Hub+ arrives, you'll need to login to your account and follow the steps provided to activate. Using your mobile phone, we'll guide you through the "Panel Swap" process with a few interactive prompts that will activate your new Display Hub+, connect the Display Hub+ to Wi-Fi, transfer sensors, and check existing user codes.

We've optimized the Panel Swap process for ease and simplicity and the process is designed so anyone can do it. Read on below to get started!

Panel Replacement Overview

First, grab your mobile device and log into the Frontpoint app.

From the navigation menu , tap through the following path: Equipment Setup > System Control > Panel Swap.

If you don't yet have the Frontpoint app, we recommend to download it.

Alternatively, log into on your mobile phone. (This feature is not supported from your desktop)

Next, you'll be launched into an interactive series of easy-to-follow steps, broken down into five sections. An overview of the five sections is shown below:

After you complete the interactive steps, you'll be all set and secure!

An overview guide is also included with your new Display Hub+, which will introduce you to all of the features and capabilities of your Display Hub+, answer FAQs, and provide tips to get the most value out of your system. We recommend reading through the booklet and saving it for future reference.

Swapping to the Display Hub+ from a Frontpoint Hub, Simon XT, or IQ Panel?
