My Hub is indicating a low battery

Is the Hub properly powered?

  1. Make sure that the power outlet the Hub is plugged into is working and isn't controlled by a switch.

  2. Confirm the AC Power cord is securely connected to the wall outlet and plugged into the rear of the Hub.

  3. Open the battery compartment and ensure the black battery switch is turned to the ON position away from the battery wire connection, as shown in the picture below:
