How do I power down my IQ Touchscreen Control Panel?

To properly power down your Control Panel, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the bottom left of the home screen

  2. Touch the Advanced Settings icon in the top right corner and enter in your 4-digit master code

  3. Choose the Power Down menu option and press OK

  4. Once the screen completely turns off you may then disconnect the AC adapter from the power outlet.

Once you are ready to power the panel back up, reconnect the AC adapter into an outlet. Once connected to primary power, the panel should power up within 30-45 seconds.
