How do I trigger a panic alarm from my IQ Touchscreen Control Panel?

To trigger a panic alarm from the Control Panel, follow the steps below:

  1. Press the physical emergency + button on the bottom left of the Control Panel

  2. Select between the options of police, fire and medical. All options will result in an audible alarm followed by a phone call from the monitoring station.

Both police and medical have a silent panic alarm option available also followed by a monitoring station phone call.
