Try this solution

Reconnect the front cover of the transmitter to the base

When a sensor falls and the casing opens, you will receive a Tamper error for that sensor on your Control Panel and Frontpoint App/website.

You can resolve this by reconnecting the front cover of the transmitter with the back base until it clicks back into place. Utilize new double sided adhesive to remount the sensor in its position on the door or window.
