Try this solution

Make sure the sensor is correctly mounted

  • Ensure that the two pieces are aligned properly. Arrows on both the transmitter and magnet should be directly across from each other

  • Both pieces should be as close together as possible, no further than 3/4" apart

  • Ensure there is no recess on the door/frame. Both magnet and transmitter should be flush with each other, on the same plane
