To pause or resume camera recordings using the Frontpoint app, follow these steps:

1. Log into your account.

2. Tap on "Video Camera."

3. Tap "Configure."

4. Tap "Recording Rules."

5. Use the toggle switch next to the recording rule you want to pause or resume. If it reverts back to paused after enabling, check if your account has reached its upload limit.

• A grey switch means the recording rule is paused.

• A blue switch means the recording rule is active.

If you're using the Myfrontpoint.com website:

1. Click the “Video” tab on the left menu.

2. Click on the “Recording Rules” option at the top of the screen.

Each of your created Recording Rules will have a toggle button on the right that you can click to turn on or off.
