My Panic Pendant is reporting an offline or malfunction status
Check for a low battery signal in the history
A malfunction (or pendant offline) occurs when the Control Panel has not received a signal from the Panic Pendant in the last 24 hours. If your Panic Pendant reports offline or malfunction, check for a low battery signal in the history. If it has reported a low battery recently, change the batteries.
