My Simon XT panel is reporting an AC Power Failure

Try this solution

Verify the power source

The panel will report an AC power failure status due to one of the following:

  • The power outlet is not producing any power/electricity

  • AC power wires have become loose or disconnected from the screw terminals on the transformer plug or the inside of the panel.

  • The AC power adapter is faulty and will no longer transmit power to the panel.
