PIN codes created locally with your Smart Door Lock can be easily managed, assigned, or deleted through the User Access Review menu on the Frontpoint app or website.
To manage and assign PIN codes using either the Frontpoint app or website, follow the steps below:
Follow your Smart Door Lock's user guide to add a code to your lock. Tap the installation guide for your Smart Door Lock below:

Test the code after adding it to the lock to ensure the code functions.
Log into the Frontpoint app
Tap "Users" in the navigation menu
Tap "User Access Review" at the top of the list.
Tap one of the new PIN codes or tap "Remove all" to delete all of the new codes.
After tapping one of the PIN codes, either delete it or assign it to a new or existing user.

Click "Users" in the left-hand menu
Click "Fix" next to a user code or "Remove all" to delete all of the new codes.
After clicking "Fix" next to one of the new PIN codes, either delete it or assign it to a new or existing user.
