Video Analytics Functionality

Video Analytics offers advanced detection and smarter notifications. With Video Analytics set up, your compatible cameras can differentiate between people, animals, and vehicles. Reduce unwanted alerts and choose when to be notified.

Additional Video Clips

Traditionally, cameras have a monthly upload and storage limit of 1,000 clips. The monthly upload limit is the total number of clips that can be uploaded within a month. With the Video Analytics Add-On, you'll have 3,000 clips for the month so you can keep capturing footage all month long.

Continuous SD Card Recording for up to 2 eligible cameras

If 3,000 clips aren't enough, you can also purchase a few Micro SD cards and try our Continuous SD Card Recording. Supported for up to two compatible cameras, SD Card Continuous Recording enables you to watch and hear continuous video footage from up to 58* days in the past. You can even search footage by event, date, or time- straight from the mobile app.

In-App Highlight Reel

Frontpoint Highlights give you an overview of each day at a glance, making it easier than ever to keep tabs on everything that happens in your home. To deliver on this, Highlights provide a summary of video clips and animations from the day's most important events. The following event types are captured within Highlights:

• The system was armed/disarmed

• Video or Doorbell camera clips that were recorded

• Doors or windows were opened/closed

• Garage doors were opened/closed

• An alarm was triggered

• Motion was detected

• Doors were locked/unlocked

• The thermostat setpoint was changed
