How can I enroll in the In-App Personal Safety Button or add additional licenses to my account?
To add the In-App Personal Safety Button for you and your loved ones:
Log into myfrontpoint.com or the Frontpoint mobile app.
Click on "My Account" within the navigation menu.
Within the Account Billing section, you will see a section for "System Add-Ons"- allowing you to manage subscriptions for additional services. Click on the pencil icon to add or delete any of the available Add-Ons.
To enroll in the In-App Personal Safety Button, tap "Add" in-line with the feature.
Follow the prompts to complete enrollment, choosing the number of users and accepting terms and conditions.
If you ever need to add additional licenses or remove them, you can do so in this section as well.
