If you're using the In-App Personal Safety Button, you've already set up a special PIN number that allows you to cancel any dispatches to your real-time location. If you'd like to change this number, you can always do so in the Settings section:
Log into the Frontpoint mobile app.
Select Safety Button on your home screen to open the button and settings.
Tap the gear in the top-right corner.
Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
Tap on the information you want to edit- either PIN number, name, or even phone number.
