To edit your device settings, use the Manage Devices page available on the app and website. This allows you to view and manage all your devices in one place.
Features:
View and manage all existing devices from a centralized location with easy categorization.
Device categories include: Lights, Locks, Garage Doors, Security, Thermostats, Water, Video Devices, Location Services, Voice Assistants, Doors, and More.
Add new devices using the Add Device Portal.
Important: Your service package must support the devices (e.g., video devices, lights, water sensors) for them to appear in Manage Devices.
You can quickly rename or remove devices and access additional settings. The specific settings may vary depending on whether you log in through the Customer app or website.
To manage devices using the Frontpoint app:
Log int to your account.
Tap Menu.
Tap Manage Devices.
Find the device you want to manage.
Tap More to access additional settings.
To manage devices using the Myfrontpoint.com:
Log in to your account.
Click Manage Devices.
Find the device you want to manage.
Click More to access additional settings.
