Click on “Notifications” in the left-side navigation on myfrontpoint.com or in the navigation menu on the Frontpoint app. If your plan qualifies for this feature, you will see “Unexpected Activity Alerts” as an option. Turn the feature ON using the toggle to the right.
After 30 days of activity, you will receive an email from Frontpoint indicating that the new alerts are ready to be sent. During these 30 days, our system will learn your “expected” behavior to improve future alerts.
