How do I add a phone number for a User?

You will need to add a phone number for Users to receive alerts and important notifications. Never miss an update—follow these simple steps to add a mobile number:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Select "Users."

  3. Click "Edit" next to the user you want to modify. If the user is not listed, click "Add User" to create a new one.

  4. Verify that the user information is correct.

  5. In the "Contact Information" section, click "Add."

  6. Choose "Mobile Number (SMS)."

  7. Enter the user's phone number, select the country, and choose the phone's cellular provider.

  8. Click "Save."

This will ensure the user's mobile number is added successfully.
