How do I obtain an Alarm Certificate for my Insurance with the Frontpoint App?

Often Insurance Companies will offer a discount on homeowner’s insurance premiums for having a monitored alarm system. All they need is an Alarm Certificate from us, so we’ve made it simple for you to obtain within both the Frontpoint App and the website.

To access this document directly on your website, click this link: https://my.frontpointsecurity.com/account/documents

From the home screen of the Frontpoint App:

  • Tap the menu button at the top left and then tap on My Account.

  • Tap the green Home icon at the bottom of the screen

  • Tap Documents on the menu that pops up. The insurance certificate will be the second item on this page.

  • Tap on the Download button to download or print the document

Note: This section of the Frontpoint App will only appear if you are logged in using the primary login for your account. Any secondary logins you have created will not have access to this page.
