If at any point the account becomes past due for any reason, the balance will show under the Account Billing section of both the Frontpoint App and Website. From the home screen of the Frontpoint App:
Tap the Menu button
Tap on My Account
Scroll down to the Account Billing section.
Update the payment method as needed
After the payment method has been updated, tap on the Make a Payment button to manually run the payment.
Note: This section of the Frontpoint App will only appear if you are logged in using the primary login for your account. Any secondary logins you have created will not have access to this page.
