How do I remove a phone from my account?

To delete a phone from your account, follow these steps:



  1. Log into the Alarm.com customer website.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Click on Places.

  4. Select the Geo-Device you want to delete.

  5. Click Delete.

Please note that you can only completely remove a Geo-Device from your account using the myfrontpoint.com website.
