Here, you'll find support for your Frontpoint system and account.

How do I rename devices?

To rename a device using the Frontpoint app:



  1. Log into your account.

  2. Tap on Menu.

  3. Tap on Manage Devices.

  4. Find the device you want to rename.

  5. Tap on More.

  6. Tap on Rename Device.

In the Rename Device field, enter the new name.

Note: There may be limitations to renaming third-party devices.

  1. Tap Close.

To rename a device using the myfrontpoint.com website:

  1. Log into you account

  2. Click on Manage Devices.

  3. Find the device you want to rename.

  4. Click on More.

  5. Click on Rename Device.

In the Rename Device field, enter the new name.

Note: There may be limitations to renaming third-party devices.

  1. Click Rename.
