To reset your password using the Frontpoint App:
Open the Alarm.com app.
Tap "Forgot username or password."
In "Help us recognize you," enter the email address or username linked to your account, then tap "Next."
If the information is correct, you will receive an email with steps to reset your password or remind you of your username.
Note: If you don't receive the password reset email, check your junk folder and ensure the email address was entered correctly.
Tap "Reset Password."
Note: The password reset email will list any accounts associated with your email and provide options to reset those passwords. If there's only one account, the username will be shown in the email.
Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
To reset your password using Myfrontpoint.com:
Go to the Login Help page.
In "Forgot your password?", enter your username and click "Submit."
Note: If you don't know your username, enter your email address in "Forgot your username?".

Click "Change Password."
