How does the 30-Day Risk-Free Trial Period work?
From the day you receive your initial equipment, you will have 30 days to try out the system and determine if it fits with your everyday lifestyle. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product or service, we will provide a full refund for equipment and monthly monitoring paid (including return shipping). Please contact Customer Support if you need to initiate a return on your system.
