Does the customer website offer a Dark Mode option?
Dark Mode is now available on the Frontpoint app and customer website. Dark Mode not only improves accessibility and visibility in low-light conditions, but it also helps reduce eye strain and provides optionality for a more personalized experience.
When you switch to Dark Mode, the website's appearance will change to a dark background with white text. Certain icons will appear in a slightly lighter color to provide more contrast against the dark background.
To put the customer website in Dark Mode, or back to the original mode, complete these steps:
Log into myfrontpoint.com.
Select Settings.
Select Site Appearance.
Toggle Dark Mode On or Off.
If desired, toggle High Contrast On or Off.
Select Save.
