Am I able to cancel On-Demand Guard Services after booking?

On-Demand Guard Services are subject to the following terms, which supplement your current subscriber agreement with Frontpoint and replace the cancellation provision set forth therein. Scheduled dispatches booked in advance are subject to a Cancellation Fee. Refer to the list below for information on the cancellation charges that apply to your scheduled dispatches.

Immediate Dispatch
• Cannot be cancelled

Scheduled Dispatch
• Cancellation Fee: Full Service Fee
• Free* Cancellation Until: One hour prior to the beginning of your scheduled dispatch

Frontpoint does not guarantee a guard will accept your scheduled dispatch.

*Bulk discounts will be adjusted in the event of cancellation as the discounts apply only to dispatches booked in bulk and serviced. Therefore, if you book three dispatches but cancel two, no discount applies; if you book three but cancel one, only a $10 discount applies to one of the services.
