What do I do if I am moving to a new address?

Moving with Frontpoint is easy! Start by filling out the form in our Move Portal, which updates your account information on your moving day and sends you a Mover’s Kit to help you set up your system at your new home.

What’s included in the Mover’s Kit?


Your Mover’s Kit includes:

  • Adhesives for remounting your sensors

  • 1 door sticker

  • 3 window decals

  • 1 Frontpoint yard sign

How to submit your move


You can access the Move Portal HERE

  1. Click Start Move.

  2. Under New Residence Information, enter your new address and moving date.

    • This should be the day your system will be moved.

  3. Under Mover’s Kit Delivery, enter the address where you’d like the kit delivered and choose a delivery date.

  4. Click Complete.

On moving day


On moving day, make sure your system is disarmed, then power down the Control Panel and carefully remove your sensors.
