In the case of an alarm, our monitoring station will first call you for verification. We will call your 2–3 pre-dispatch phone numbers on file in the given order. When we make contact, we will ask for your passcode.
If there is no answer, no passcode provided, an incorrect passcode, or a request for dispatch, we will dispatch the appropriate authorities.
If the alarm is false and you miss our call, please contact the monitoring station at 1-833-700-0212 and provide your verbal passcode to cancel dispatch.
If you are using the Frontpoint app, you may also see additional alarm details and options through Alarm Mode during an active alarm event.
