Frontpoint will determine whether your system needs a permit based on your premises address. If we determine a permit is needed, we will either physically mail, or email a copy of your jurisdiction’s permit application depending on the requirements set by your jurisdiction. It is imperative to have this permit taken care of as soon as possible to avoid any potential fees or penalties set by your jurisdiction.
Once the permit application has been completed and sent to your local jurisdiction, please contact customer support to ensure the permit on file is updated within our system.
