Active alarm

In the event of an alarm in which the siren sounds for at least 60 seconds, our monitoring station will first call you for verification. We will call your 2-3 pre-dispatch phone numbers on file and ask for your verbal passcode. If there is no answer, no passcode, an incorrect passcode, or a request for dispatch, we will dispatch the appropriate authorities for the alarm.

If the system is reporting a false alarm the system should be disarmed using the Keypad, Touchscreen Keyfob, app or website, then please contact our monitoring station at 1-833-700-0212 and provide your verbal passcode to cancel dispatch. Reach out to customer support if assistance is needed determining the cause of a false alarm.
