Panel Phone Line Failure

Panel phone line failure indicates there is not a phone cable connected to your Simon XT control panel. If this message appears there is an error with your system settings. The Simon XT control panel communicates over a built-in cellular radio and does allow a phone cable to be connected. We recommend contacting Customer Support so we can change the setting and ensure everything is functioning properly.
