What should I do if a false alarm is triggered from my Carbon Monoxide Sensor?

If your Carbon Monoxide Sensor triggers a false alarm ensure there is no outdoor source of carbon monoxide in the vicinity such as running engine, heavy traffic or heavy air pollution. If there is not excessive smoke or fumes from devices in the area, please contact Customer Support for troubleshooting.

Important Note:
Anytime an alarm is triggered from a Carbon Monoxide sensor, the fire department will be dispatched without any phone call from the monitoring station due to the severity of the situation.
