Keychain Remote

To trigger a panic alarm during an emergency situation, press and hold the lock and the unlock button at the same time for 5 seconds. The monitoring station will call you to verify your alarm. If they can’t get in touch with you or your pre-dispatch contacts, they will quickly dispatch emergency responders to help.

By default, the Keychain Remote will summon the police when the panic buttons are pressed; it will also trigger an audible alarm from your panel. Depending on your desired use case, however, the default can be changed. If you prefer to summon medical responders when the panic buttons are pressed (due to health concerns), please contact Frontpoint Support to make the change.
